Lovely pace of course. Pitched really well for people who had range of experience. Brought in the right amount of work examples without it feeling like e laboured activity

Really enjoyed the session. Rachel was a joy and delivered the session with energy and enthusiasm. She remained engaged and engaging throughout, knew her material and chaired the sessions with ease.

Great overview of the subject matter with time to explore deeper when needed - plenty of tools tips and examples and lots of opportunity to put theory into practice - really useful session

Leader was relaxed which made it easier to engage. A mix of listening, thinking, practicing was good. Maybe too long for the activity+lunch break for some (although I personally needed it because I took the 45 mins for the exercise so a nice break after that)

Really enjoyed the day, good groups and content. Its something we do, so not technically heavy in terms of the context, but what a difference this can make if you only change a couple of things that we have learnt. Thank you.
