A great course and definitely worth attending to build more interactive teams meetings. Rather than just speaking at people The tutor delivered the course at a manageable pace and allowed time for questions and to try out what they were teaching us. Thanks Gill.
The course was interactive, useful and engaging. It allowed me to take away meaningful actions to improve my report writing.

Excellent. I was a little bit sceptical about the 2 days, thinking it was too long. It is a little long, but I appreciate that it gives time for a lot of practice and trial errors with the support of the trainer to understand what is wrong.
The facilitator was amazing; very knowledgeable and engaging. They created a positive learning environment and made sure everyone was included and engaged with the learning. I found the course extremely useful.
