Just one negative is that in the break out rooms when the time is coming to an end, Zoom gives a 15 second warning. This made for some quite abrupt endings to conversations. If it's possible to change the settings somewhere to give a 1 minute warning, this would allow for slightly more natural ends to conversations that are still happening.
So informative and enjoyable. It will really change my leadership style.
