The workshop was well structured, I personally liked the fact where we had to search for the information on 5whys and a fishbone analysis ourselves. I also appreciate we had a chance to work on our evidence pack 6. Independent work hour was very helpful too. Janet is a fantastic facilitator.

Another excellent session. Well paced, engaging course. Presenter knowledge exceeded the topic in hand so was able to handle left-field questions.

I think the pacing of the day was well set, enough time for personal reflection and group as well as theoretical learning and sharing of resources. There are so many fantastic resources available on the fuse platform that this should not be overlooked.
