Since the four sessions are essential for a leader like me, it would have been great if the Happy Leadership training had been delivered in person over several days rather than virtually once a month. This would have allowed for continuity in each session without forgetting the previous one.

These types of courses can be tricky when people are coming in with different levels of experience and when not in the same physical room as the instructor. Nevertheless, this online course successfully overrode these challenges. The pacing for this course was really well done, Ebeji always ensured everyone was caught up before moving on the next task, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. If a participant struggled on a task, Ebeji would invite them to share their screen so that the issue could be resolved together as a group. This was done without shame, only encouragement. I learned a lot and am very happy with my experience. Thank you!
