Worth to know to use the basic function, and easy to learn and apply.

I thought the facilitator was encouraging , supportive and very skilled .

Really informative, had no idea there were so many options and that different styles/practices had a name, like Troika consult, conversation cafe, I had only really heard of wicked questions.

The facilitator explained complex concepts clearly and encouraged participation. The course provided a clear overview of key project management frameworks and terminology.

the opportunity to explore and try out /road test activities and seeing their benefit/impact . the Troika Consulting and spiral diagram to begin with was WAY more impactful than i was expecting, genuinely like - oh wow

Selina, was a fantastic teacher for someone who is new to Project management. I found the course to be helpful and also insightful, it was at a pace which I found easy to follow and expended my knowledge. As a result, I feel confident in pursing a career in project management in the future.

The training was excellent, well-paced and at an appropriate level. There was plenty of space to think about how we could apply PBI in our roles. I was pleased that it was a very practical, hands-on course that was focussed on the aspects of PBI we could pick up quickly and begin using right away. The venue was excellent too!
