Really good course and tutor

The session on career was very informative and helped me to think deeper.

The advanced Excel course was a good follow-up to the intermediate session. Covered good ground -- very useful information expressed through practical examples and exercises. Daphne is an excellent instructor who clearly knows her subject matter and communicates well. The session was well paced, didn't move too quickly or slowly and breaks at appropriate times.

I think it may sometime be helpful to have scenarios ready for the breakout rooms, either by asking the delegates to bring examples of… or provide some by the facilitator. Time is wasted in the breakout rooms sometime by trying to think of examples in a short amount of time whilst still trying to get to know people. I also think is it more beneficial if we stay with the same groups through the session, this helps bring rapport and build on experiences. I really enjoyed today’s session, thank you :)

Very knowledgeable and helpful training. Course was practical, well paced and easy to follow. Venue was comfortable and the lunch was very tasty!
