Eby was Amazing and very patient and guided us step by step allowing my confidence to grow.

I really enjoyed the training. I have attended before and it was very technical. This was useful but I am not sure how much I retained for use. This session was a great pace and lots of useful information.

It was a great training session that will help us in our day to day work. It was very informative and well structured, and Gill was an excellent trainer. The content was easy to understand and the session was engaging throughout. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience.

I learnt a lot from today. Not all of it would be that relevant to my day to day experience but you don't know which bits are going to be most useful until you start! I went straight off and tidied up some locations where I was storing documents that had been forgotten or shouldn't have been there. The best practice around all that made good sense.
