I really enjoyed it, and I can’t wait to see how we all grow and develop our leadership skills together.
Trainer covered a lot very clearly, made sure everyone was keeping up with it well.
Today's session, like the previous three has been excellent. It has been a valuable experience to gain insights into my own leadership style and reflect on how this may impact my team, as well as ways in which people with different styles bring different but equally valuable strengths. The session on resilience in a very stretched NHS was helpful in thinking about the realities of the pressures we are all under and problem solve what we can positively influence and what we may have to lay down. I will take away the concept of needing to have adult conversations at all levels, including my own self-talk.
Good course content. Good and interesting tutor.
I struggled at the beginning and then it got much easier so maybe go at a slower pace for the 'range name' explanations and the $ lock explanations
