It took a bit of time to get started but I think people became more comfortable as the session went on.
Great session with a lot of interesting facts. I am visually impaired and did find some of the slides difficult but that didn't detract from the overall value of the session.
This session gave me a chance to know which writing skills/areas I need to improve. There were several examples which were useful to put into practice in real life work. Thank you very much

Very useful course which gave us lots to think about with regard to boundaries and dealing with difficult conversations and helped us to link these issues to real life situations we have experienced.
