Great last session, pleased of the support and feedback from the tutor who has been very organised and guided on the course requirements

It was good. I am not very good at self-reflection so am finding the follow-up work tricky to conceptualise. I liked Janet's style of training and clarity.

Due to my computer audio I couldn't participate as much as I would have liked but still it was very informatative session. A very intersting take on the ways of communications as work.

The facilitator was very enthusiastic and engaging. The study day was really interesting and useful and can practically put some of the learning into practice. I enjoyed it so much that I would have liked to have spent longer on some of the areas which I will now do in my own time. For example learning more about the Clifton strengths finder.

Really enjoyed breakout rooms that gave opportunities to use the models shared.

I find courses like this a little difficult personally in terms of keeping my attention, and staying focused, but Rachael involved us enough that this wasn't so much an issue, though it was still a long day.
