Thanks for delivering such an insightful course that will help me embed new skills and adopt approaches in my new role.

Enjoyable two days. I preferred day 2 as it had more practical tools and techniques, whereas day one felt more reflective. Perhaps a little too much reflective space for my preference.

Paul was friendly, empathetic, lovely, and really coached us through the sessions, building a sense of empowerment among us. He was able to ask us to think about solutions, while supporting us with models.

Interesting day - given me a clear tool that I can start using now. It’s more structured than I was expecting.

I enjoyed it, occasionally it still felt abstract compared to more linear process models I'm a visual learner so I loved hearing about a more creative and visual note taking method

Nicky has a wonderful manner and engages well with the class

I thought the workshop was informative and engaging. There was plenty of initiatives that I will take into not only my meetings with customers, but also apply the logic into 121's with my team.

Found really useful and should save me some time now more aware of additional options shown.
