It was a feel good course, with some good takeaways and things to put into practice! However it was a bit confronting to see so many familiar faces and to know that they now know you don't feel confident in your job sometimes
I really enjoyed the course and it gave us a good platform to openly discuss with colleagues some common challenges we face within the work environment.

The course was good, helpful and informative. It would be beneficial for the employer and course provider to check the reason and purpose of the training and to ensure attendees have the necessary licenses before commencement of the course.

Was sceptical and not keen on attending thinking I had too much work to get on with but the course was very helpful I liked the pace and tone of it and the exercises were also good.
I think the session was really helpful. The structures are very useful but the content covered made this session especially valuable to me.
Not sure how it will work on teams but will definitely try in person and prefer the 124 all method.
