I think the sessions are good that they are interactive but in the break out groups in can feel quite difficult if people don't talk much.

Darren was very helpful and patient. I enjoyed he course but was exhausted by the end. I am glad that I attended it.

Very insightful and informative training.

The course was useful but there were a lot of exercises and group work and I felt less learning from the tutors today as in new theory and ideas. Also the exercises were not focused on my work in terms of context, so it would be better to work on applying tools and knowledge to my own work, even if this is thinking about it on your own for 5 mins then discussing with a partner etc
