A really useful course with lots of handy hints and tips. It was good to have an expert helping to guide me round the tabs on outlook - it made me realise how many functions I don't currently use like rules and quick steps that could speed things up for me.

Paul was an excellent facilitator, he coached us throughout the session, encouraging reflection and critical thinking. He was genuinely interested in our contributions and the course had a really nice pace to it.

Enjoyable two days. I preferred day 2 as it had more practical tools and techniques, whereas day one felt more reflective. Perhaps a little too much reflective space for my preference.

Paul was friendly, empathetic, lovely, and really coached us through the sessions, building a sense of empowerment among us. He was able to ask us to think about solutions, while supporting us with models.
