Really good course! Excellent facilitator who started with the basics and filled in the blanks in our knowledge. The course was very well planned and divided into relevant sections with regular breaks, so nobody became fatigued. The course booklet is also very comprehensive and will be useful for practising to make sure I don't forget what I have learned.
Sal took us through the basics in a very clear and thorough manner. Lots that I didn't know and am now very delighted to bring back to more role at work.
