I'm totally blind and was using an iPad during the training. Darren was patient and supportive. We couldn't achieve as much as we wanted to but the time we spent was reassuring to me as it identified that issues I was having would have been similar for somebody fully sighted.

This was a great course, very well run and targeted towards the needs I set out when I initially spoke with Happy. I am very pleased with the delivery of the material and think it has set up my team to run much more engaging resident workshops.

I love the ease of the process that wasnt too complex and provided easy takeaways that can be delivered in our day to day meetings

I really enjoyed the course and learned so much. It was great to see that every topic and activity we covered throughout the day had practical applications that we can use in our forums and other meetings, both with residents and internal colleagues.

I thought the workshop was informative and engaging. There was plenty of initiatives that I will take into not only my meetings with customers, but also apply the logic into 121's with my team.

Great course, so much covered - in the right amount of detail. I wish i had a second monitor as i think i would have found it helpful to have followed along during the training.

I really enjoyed the course is there a part 2 to pivot tables, i would also like to learn formulas as well

Gill is so enthusiastic! Love that she tries to include as much as she can into the session and will go back if you didn't quite keep up!
