Very useful session. Lots of information is a very short time. Lots of interaction through out the session. The breakout sessions were really good.

This was an excellent course with lots of interaction and participation

As usual Daphne was wonderful, well paced, patient. Nothing was too much trouble. Interesting content, certainly relevant to the workplace

The training course was very informative and easy to follow. I learnt a lot of useful tips and Darren was so friendly and really took his time explaining things and making sure everyone was following along.

Serena was brilliant. She went at a pace which was perfect for this topic and its level of complexity. Plus we were a mixed ability group and she checked throughout whether we understood various terms and acronyms. Serena took questions and was able to advise in simple terms what we should do, relating to our organisation and needs.

Great trainer, great pace of training, not too overly simple and not too complicated either. Placed just correctly.

Daljeet was a very pleasent person and full of energy and smiles and was a great way to start the day and discuss idea on who we go be more productive in our working days

Great course to get me started and hungry for more AI

I was a bit worried when DJ started the "ice-breaker" things of the course, as I'm generally not a fan of them. But it was a bit different as I'd actually volunteered to go on this course, rather than the usual compulsory PCS training. DJ was really good and the practical exercises were really helpful.
