It took a bit of time to get started but I think people became more comfortable as the session went on.
Great session with a lot of interesting facts. I am visually impaired and did find some of the slides difficult but that didn't detract from the overall value of the session.
The course was interactive, useful and engaging. It allowed me to take away meaningful actions to improve my report writing.
Very interesting points came up which made me reassess some things that I put a pause on working on. I hope to continue with that work whilst putting specific points in action. Thanks.

Excellent. I was a little bit sceptical about the 2 days, thinking it was too long. It is a little long, but I appreciate that it gives time for a lot of practice and trial errors with the support of the trainer to understand what is wrong.
The facilitator was amazing; very knowledgeable and engaging. They created a positive learning environment and made sure everyone was included and engaged with the learning. I found the course extremely useful.
This session gave me a chance to know which writing skills/areas I need to improve. There were several examples which were useful to put into practice in real life work. Thank you very much
