Very good introduction to teams, I learnt a few things today. Course hosts was very professional and understanding

I had trouble unmuting to ask a question, then I had to get help to reactiveate my headset, so I missed a bit of the meeting. I just need to be quicker in responding before they go on to another subject.

The Refining Your MS Teams Skills course exceeded my expectations. The trainer covered a wide range of features, from advanced meeting settings to collaboration tools and explained them in a clear, hands-on way. I appreciated the real-life examples and the opportunity to practise during the session. I now feel much more confident navigating Teams and using it more efficiently. A very well-delivered and valuable course.

I found it a well delivered session - It was a little fast paced in some places, but overall I found the instructions clear and the activities useful for putting what we learned into practice. I wanted to grow my confidence and understand how excel works better and I feel I achieved this.

For IT training it was good. Good balance of practical and listing. Trainer did very well to accommodate the varying levels of ability without it effecting the overall flow.

The course was fantastic, lots of information and resources. Great learning experience.
