Todays workshop was really useful and gave me practical tools to strengthen stakeholder engagement, build positive relationships and manage difficult conversations more confidently. I've taken away the importance of understanding different stakeholders needs, prioritising engagement effectively and addressing challenges early and constructively. I'll look to apply these approaches in my role to improve collaboration and achieve better outcomes for the communities we work with.
