I really enjoyed today's course. We were shown lots of different tools and techniques, and had enough time to look at and explore them via the break out rooms. I feel well equipped to take them back into the workplace and try them out.

Very helpful and engaging tutor which makes the learning process much easier and enjoyable. Teaches us and then allows us to practice so us as learners are always involved and focussed on the training. Daphne is also very approachable which makes it easier to ask questions throughout the session. This session was very useful and taught me things about using Teams that i wasnt previously aware of despite using the application for several years.
