I learned some great new techniques

I felt that the course content reinforced some of my existing skills, which was encouraging. But I also learned new skills and ideas from Paul and my colleagues.

Great overview of the subject matter with time to explore deeper when needed - plenty of tools tips and examples and lots of opportunity to put theory into practice - really useful session

Leader was relaxed which made it easier to engage. A mix of listening, thinking, practicing was good. Maybe too long for the activity+lunch break for some (although I personally needed it because I took the 45 mins for the exercise so a nice break after that)

Really enjoyed the day, good groups and content. Its something we do, so not technically heavy in terms of the context, but what a difference this can make if you only change a couple of things that we have learnt. Thank you.
