Really good session with practical tools and tips
Over all full course is very well designed and covered with many helpful topics. All topics are well organised and delivered. Facilitator is brilliant and allowing us to speak and asking question in between which make it interactive and interesting. Many exercise carried out were very meaning full as most of it we reflect well from our work and make us think how we can improve better.
Rachel is a very good facilitator, she ensures that we all understand and very patient.
Really good day with lots of information but a good balance of theory and practical. At the start of the day it felt like it might be a bit slow but once people warmed up, interacted more, it became a nice inclusive day.
Sal is a great teacher I am going to go back and implement my learning to my role.

This training is exactly what I needed to progress from a basic to an advanced Excel user, giving me greater confidence and competence in the workplace. I am very happy with the pace at which the training was delivered; it was well structured, engaging, and very accommodating.
Sal was absolutely amazing, she was able to make the complex information digestible and rememberable. Couldn't have asked for a better instructor, have learnt more with her then many of the other courses I have taken.
