The course was interactive, useful and engaging. It allowed me to take away meaningful actions to improve my report writing.

Excellent. I was a little bit sceptical about the 2 days, thinking it was too long. It is a little long, but I appreciate that it gives time for a lot of practice and trial errors with the support of the trainer to understand what is wrong.
The facilitator was amazing; very knowledgeable and engaging. They created a positive learning environment and made sure everyone was included and engaged with the learning. I found the course extremely useful.
Thought our facilitator was fantastic. Pacing was good for a whole day although still personally flagged a bit by the end. But he did a great job of making me feel comfortable and ready to contribute rather than that slightly stressful 'youre all going to be on the spot' energy that can sometimes happen. Good vibes all round.
