Very very helpful! Sal was beyond excellent in explaining everything in detail and made it very enjoyable! Everything was explained thoroughly and I feel a lot more confident using Outlook.

Excellent course. Paul is a wonderful course leader and facilitator. It felt like a safe learning space with the right balance of interaction being invited but no pressure being felt. I really enjoyed today's session on building confidence and already feel more confident thanks to the tools we've discussed and practised together.
The course was very well structured and was a good mix of practical and theory.
A really useful course with lots of handy hints and tips. It was good to have an expert helping to guide me round the tabs on outlook - it made me realise how many functions I don't currently use like rules and quick steps that could speed things up for me.
