I appreciated today as a taster to Happy's offerings. I've been a 'lurker' for a long time, and have been managing teams in more recent years. Nicky kept a great pace, shared lots of useful information and resources in a way that felt relaxed and collaborative. I understood the taster wouldn't be a training as such, but I was still able to take away learnings.
