I really enjoyed working with Rachael. She has a calm and warm approach that I felt was really effective and she gave me some tools that I can use moving forward in my new role.

This course was great and very informative and useful for my daily role. Gill was an excellent trainer, very engaging and knows her stuff, she makes you feel welcome and encourages you to get involved. All questions were answered with examples which was also helpful and added to the learning.

the session was practical, engaging, and helpful. it gave me a better understanding of how trust, credibility, and boundaries support good management, and i can see how the ideas can be applied in day-to-day work.
