Very good session. I enjoyed the Coach, Coachee and Observer exercise.

This was a great session, I've joined in tasters before and have encouraged colleagues to take part in this session, but this is the first time I've actually done it, as I have suffered from not being assertive at work, especially. It was a safe space to talk and share our experiences.

Very useful training, gave us a lot of information to complete our daily task in the office and at home.
