Facilitation was fantastic, and the session was a great mix of introducing new knowledge/tools and practical application - the amount of discussion in breakout rooms was good, sometimes in training you get too much time just talking in small groups and not gaining anything new, but this was well balanced and to the point

The Co-pilot course was valuable. It provided clear, practical insights into leveraging AI tools effectively, with hands-on examples that made complex concepts easy to understand. The sessions were well-structured, engaging, and focused on real-world applications, leaving me confident and excited to apply what I learned in my daily work.

Daphne was really pleasant and helpful in communicating things clearly and helping you when you were unsure by going round the class and seeing everyone's progression
