Nicky has been a joy to be around across the three days we spent together. Her unwavering energy was crucial, I think she is one of those gifted people that could even read out the shopping list and make it sound interesting! Her competence and preparedness were top notch. Just one negative is that in the break out rooms when the time is coming to an end, Zoom gives a 15 second warning. This made for some quite abrupt endings to conversations. If it's possible to change the settings somewhere to give a 1 minute warning, this would allow for slightly more natural ends to conversations that are still happening.
