The 2-day Power BI workshop delivered by Serena was well-facilitated and highly engaging. Serena demonstrated strong subject-matter expertise and explained complex concepts in a clear, practical manner. The sessions were well-structured, with a strong focus on hands-on exercises, which helped me greatly in understanding and learning. Over the course of the two days Serena was responsive to group questions and ensured we all as a group remained engaged throughout. Overall, the workshop was valuable and effective, and it significantly enhanced my understanding and confidence in using Power BI.
