Instructor was excellent and catered advice and learning to specific situations

Great day which covered a great deal. Loved the Lost at Sea exercise as it made me reflected on my own approach to Team Working

It was so tempting to give them a 7 rating, once we had discovered that this raises an alert on the system - but I just couldn't do it - they are too good. As ever, my day at Happy was exactly that, and packed with valuable insights and learning opportunities.

Was a good course especially for newbies

Amazing course, i struggled with time management through a lot of it but Sarah is so amazing in how helpful she is and how willing she is to support whatever you need!
