I really enjoyed the course, it was fun and interactive

It was a good session and I am going to implement what I have learnt into my facilitation technique.

Very helpful and engaging tutor which makes the learning process much easier and enjoyable. Teaches us and then allows us to practice so us as learners are always involved and focussed on the training. Daphne is also very approachable which makes it easier to ask questions throughout the session. This session was very useful and taught me things about using Teams that i wasnt previously aware of despite using the application for several years.
