I really enjoyed the course and found it both informative and engaging. While some sections were quite fast-paced, the facilitator regularly revisited topics and ensured everyone was able to keep up, which made the learning experience much more comfortable. I particularly liked the hands-on approach, as we worked through exercises alongside the facilitator (Serena) rather than simply watching demonstrations. This helped reinforce the learning and increased my confidence in using Power BI. The facilitator (Serena) was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions, creating a supportive learning environment. The PDF notes provided will also be a valuable reference to revisit key concepts and techniques after the course. Overall, I found the course extremely useful and relevant to my role. It has given me a much better understanding of Power BI and how I can use it to improve reporting and analysis in my day-to-day work.

this session was very useful and practical. it helped me better understand the importance of listening, coaching, andone-to-one conversations in management. i also learned the benefits of regular one-to-ones, as well as the risks of not having them, and how these can improve team performance and communication.

Today’s session was very useful and practical. I learned how effective feedback should combine coaching, positive intention, and clear communication, and how delegation should be matched to a person’s competence and motivation. The session helped me reflect on my own management style and showed me how to support staff better through listening, feedback, and follow-up.

I found the workshop extremely helpful and engaging. It was great to come away with the work that we had done and also hand outs to read through so I didn't feel like i needed to spend the session taking notes but could fully concerntrate.
