She modelled how to do particular tasks but also encouraged us to use our initiative to explore and identify features. She was very responsive and I've learned a lot from our two day course. Excellent learning experience overall, very enjoyable sessions. Best part was the fact that learning was focused on participants actually working with data to build reports themselves.
