Great for thinking and being positive

Brilliant course, loved hearing other people’s experiences. I felt like there was a huge learning gap in what I knew and what I learnt which was brilliant. A lot of time for reflection was given.

Whilst Serena is an excellent trainer and i learned alot, I do thing two consecutive full days is too much. Not that the course was too long exactly but breaking it up into either four half days or two full days a week or so apart would make it much easier to digest.

I like that the course instructor, Serena, asked each person to share their screens instead of demoing it herself. This meant we got used to navigating around the menus.

Excellent course, learnt alot and had a wonderful trainer who was very clear and easy to understand.

Really valuable course session and time to reflect on difficult and challenging conversations.

Learnt a lot, really engaging, thank you.

The training was very useful in demonstrating alternative ways to approach data comparison and it will give me more flexibility to do this in the future.

I found the Facilitator very easy to understand and very open to questions if you had any.

Great course, to give you the basic skills. I have learnt skills to be able to be more comfortable in using it going forward.
