While the break out rooms were good for meeting other course attendees and understanding the diversity of backgrounds and experience, it would have been good to have the opportunity to have a bit more continuity with other candidates. This may happen over the course but I found it unhelpful to find myself 'bubbled' at the end with someone I hadn't met in a break out room earlier in the day and so have no feel for how we may be able to support each other. Rachael was a very personable facilitator presenting the concepts in a clear and understandable way

Paul did an amazing job and provided good insight to help me in my work journey as well as personal.

Paul was great at addressing our concerns, he asked us all what we’d like to achieve from this course and ensured we kept those objectives in mind throughout the course. The slides were really well structured and the content was really helpful as well as the booklet.
