Really good session - mixed approaches/media (discussion, Canva, video, breakouts etc.) which is a massive helpf for a full day online session to keep things interesting.
The content and subsequent breakout sessions allow you to put the theories and methodologies into practice and make them relevant within your working environment.
Todays workshop was really useful and gave me practical tools to strengthen stakeholder engagement, build positive relationships and manage difficult conversations more confidently. I've taken away the importance of understanding different stakeholders needs, prioritising engagement effectively and addressing challenges early and constructively. I'll look to apply these approaches in my role to improve collaboration and achieve better outcomes for the communities we work with.
