Nice pace with plenty of time for discussion. Rachael is able to make really quite complex concepts seem more approachable. Great ideas and input from other candidates- most breakout sessions work really well in this regard with the occasional one that doesn't click quite as well, but this is to be expected

Another really interesting and thought provoking day with a host of really practical and useful tools to take back into the workplace.

Course is good for new managers and client facing and people mgt roles to strengthen their skills and knowledge.

Great course and wonderful trainer - no condescension, good flow and nothing was too much trouble to explain or go back over. I learnt alot - which is rare on a course for me as i do better with actual doing. This course contained that so time well spent.

Really useful course, and a great refresher for some of the things I already knew. Course flowed really well.
