I appreciated today as a taster to Happy's offerings. I've been a 'lurker' for a long time, and have been managing teams in more recent years. Nicky kept a great pace, shared lots of useful information and resources in a way that felt relaxed and collaborative. I understood the taster wouldn't be a training as such, but I was still able to take away learnings.

The session was great and timely. I learned that coaching is a key component of everyday roles because it equips the person being coached with practical tools and insights that can positively impact their work. Coaching fosters growth, builds confidence, and helps individuals discover solutions for challenges, making it an essential leadership skill.

The course has been quite eye opening. The breakout rooms have allowed me to share and learn with colleagues. They have provided me with a safe space to express myself and seek guidance from other participants. The course has exceeded my expectations as it does not use the traditional mode of training.
