I think Nicky did an amazing job being inclusive to those who joined remotely. I love that she made breakout rooms so we could feel included in the conversations. I also found it very helpful that she sent the slides and workbook prior so we could follow along.

The course has really fired me up, even to take on difficult conversations. I can see some really strong ideas to take forward (impact players!) so looking forward to trying this all out.

A really thought provoking and enveloping training with both practical and philosophical points to take away and use in my work and my life. Kevin was one of the best teachers I have ever had - he made a rather boring subject fun, and exciting somehow. I was not looking forward to this L3 excel training today however, now that it is over I would love to do more. Kevin teaches in a way that is easy to understand for everyone and he is very patient. Kevin also has a fantastic balance of pushing his trainees to ensure the information does not just slip away and that everyone fully understands the concept and doesn't just pretend they do. I would love to have Kevin come back and teach us further.
