overall an informative, and a course I really needed to attend to improve my IT skills

I enjoyed my learning experience - I was able to follow and keep up with the tasks shown and asked us to do. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing making the entire training session enjoyable and leaving the training that I had learnt things that I would be able to use in my day to day work. The day was very productive.

I am walking away with more confidence in the idea of chairing moving forward and think it is a beneficial course for even those who have no interest or need to chair, for conflict resolution purposes.
