I was really worried about attending at first as this subject is close to home. But I was made to feel at ease almost instantly. Such a lovely lady who runs this course. I feel I'll be able to support customers better in future should this subject arise. I also took a lot away from this on a personal level and it will help me outside of work too. This is one of the most valuable courses I have ever attended. Helen and Heidi both showed so much care and compassion in both the subject matter and for us. I came out of the course knowing now what my role is in these situations and feeling more confident to just be myself and not to worry about saying the wrong thing. Just to listen is so important and I'll take that forward with me in work and in my personal life. Thank you both so much.

This was a great bit of training - I am already a MHFA and Grief First Aider, so while I have a foundation of this topic, this training built nicely on top of this and gave me so much more to think about and implement! Thanks so much Only issue I have had is not being able to download the certificate - am met with a 404 error page!

Some great resources provided with the course and it was great to meet Helen. Clearly very established experience and knowledge and Helen's passion for the subject is very clear. Although I've had training and experience with vulnerable customers, it's still often uncomfortable or sometimes that trepidation when approaching a subject with a customer. However, the resources are fantastic with some helpful tips or phrases that I find will be very beneficial for myself and my colleagues when we share what we've gained.

This was a great course and Helen was a great course leader. I benefited from reinforcement of existing knowledge, as well as picking up some extra knowledge to use going forward. This course is vital to our line of work so it was a great experience and definitely a necessity to take part in.

This was an incredibly useful training session that covered a range of topics which was bespoke for us and what we required. Helen has a great amount of knowledge in this area and delivered the training professionally and compassionately given the topics under discussion.
