Helen was a great trainer. I appreciated her speaking about Daniel and adding that personal experience to the course, it made it very touching and memorable. She provided a lot of content which I can now take back and utilise in my day to day role.

Excellent course with great materials which can be utilised daily. Makes you think of situations and alternative ways to do something for the benefit of a customer and their companions. Helen is a great speaker with the unique ability to use personal experiences as examples which makes the course feel more personal.

The course was overall really insightful and moving whilst being memorable for everything covered. The layout meant that everything flowed really easily and with regular breaks it was easier to retain the knowledge Helen shared

I really enjoyed this course. I’ve done VC training several times before but the delivery of this course was fantastic. I like that Helen had extensive knowledge of the FCA and was able to answer our questions quickly and with the appropriate knowledge, not just giving us a potential scenario but talking real life. I enjoyed learning about her son Daniel and I think it really helped us all to understand vulnerable customers just that little bit more. All in all I’d give this 5 stars 🌟. Great course, great delivery and a genuinely lovely trainer. Thank you Helen!

I really enjoyed this course, found it very useful. The tips for handling difficult and challenging customer conversations were practical and will be easy to apply. I would definitely recommend Helen and this training to others.

I found the course really useful and relevant to the types of conversations we deal with day today. The content felt practical rather than theoretical as we were able to bring real life cases for discussion to help apply the learning in a meaningful way. Helen delivered the training with a genuine human and empathetic approach. She encouraged open discussion, created a comfortable environment for sharing experiences and helped highlight the importance of looking beyond the immediate issue to understand the customer's wider circumstances. Overall, the course was engaging, relevant and provided valuable reminders about recognising vulnerability and responding with empathy while still supporting customers effectively.
