Very informative, made me look at my own levels of resilience and how to look after myself.

Helen was engaging and I really enjoyed the course. I realised I’m not as resilient as I initially thought but feel more prepared to spot the signs and deal with situations when they arise.

The content was really informative and eye opening. You think you are resilient until you take this course. Thoroughly enjoyable with a bit of everything even a craft session 😊

A very enjoyable training course; a potentially sensitive subject to discuss was done so in a matter that kept it informative and engaging.

The course was very informative. It helped greatly that the content was delivered in the context relative to the job roles of the attendees. It was very pleasing to see everyone was engaged and participated, particularly over a long session, which is testament to Helen and her delivery. Another positive was the difference in delivery styles throughout the session (powerpoint/group discussion/breakout groups etc) which would have benefit varying learning preferences. It is clear Helen is very passionate.

Really well paced and Helen's knowledge and adaptability really brought the content to life for us. There was a mix of colleagues from OSB in the session and Helen demonstrated bringing on knowledge of how suicidal conversations might show up and how to adapt some of the word patterns for colleagues who maybe don't feel brave enough saying "how are you planning on carrying this out.". Thanks so much for a great session
