The session was highly informative and engaging, with clear, practical guidance that I can apply in my day-to-day interactions. The session was good and started some great conversations. Even though I;m not directly customer facing the content was still useful and relevant. Just one thing I thought I would mention is that I think perhaps an extra break could be put in. We started at 9.30 and had a brief break at 11.30 - a lot of people were getting fidgety so maybe 1.5 hrs max before a quick break :)

The course was a real eye opener, Helen was fantastic in her approach, very understanding and empathetic. Helen was also very informative and provided everyone with helpful tools in handling these difficult conversations.

Excellent course, Helen is very knowledgeable and delivers training in a difficult subject in a very professional manner.

Helen was a fantastic facilitator and led the course with sensitivity. In particular I found the session around suggested dialogue and call structure useful.

I would like to thank Helen for the course and the way it was delivered extremely well. Due to a very close family member taking there own life I was very nervous about attending the course. As it touches closely to home, I was apprehensive in case I found it to difficult and would get emotional during the course. Helen was warm, caring and checked in with us in-case we needed a break or a bit of time out. The breathing techniques will be used at home and in work!!! I have never been to a therapist to discuss what I was feeling or what happened to my family. I feel now that Helen showed there is no judgment in needing someone to talk to and will look into speaking to a therapist further.
