I've worked in customer services for 25+ years. It's not often that you learn something new from a CS skills course, but I felt I did with Helen's course. I enjoyed the course and feel like i learned a lot more on how i can develop my skills. Helen was very engaging and i appreciate how she had time and the kindness to discuss things on a 1-1 level as well. She made us feel very comfortable and gave valuable resources. The only problem i have is i felt as if we didn't have enough time to delve into all the information she provided.Response : Thank you Kat for your comments and I'm pleased to know that you enjoyed the course and took plenty away from it. It was a great course and even after years of being in customer service I was able to take away new learnings. The course was well constructed and the content actually useful for dealing with challenging customers and helping build confidence. It was not just advice on how to deal with difficult customers but also covered of the 'why' and delved into the psychology which I think helps people learning create a deep knowledge. I liked the way the course itself was not pushy, instead it invited you to engage/comment yourself and share information amongst the participants. I enjoyed the course and found the information very useful; I definitely feel more confident in knowing how to handle more challenging phone calls. I liked being able to discuss things as a group and was very happy that there was no role play as I do not enjoy having to do this, and it made me feel less anxious.Response : Lisa, thank you for your feedback and thoughts.
