Very nice to meet you today. The training was delivered at a good pace all the way throughout. You made an effort to ensure everyone was engaged without overdoing it. Not really sure if this is something you can add, but I think if there was an example call (Doesn't need to be real, could be actors maybe?) that you could play for others totally new to this type of call, it could be a really good insight of how they can approach a conversation themselves. The whole course was well delivered and Helen was engaging throughout. You could tell she has a real understanding of the area and this no doubt strengthened the way the material landed.
