It was a productive course, as l have learnt how to restrain in a safer way for both me and the people we support.But restraining should be the last resort after trying other ways like redirecting verbally.

The course was very informative, Rounak did a brilliant job explaining every aspects of the training. The training has increased my confidence to face the situations where staff have to performe breakaway techniques and if no other safe options left - restrictive practices. Very productive training
