I really think this course is well taught. It was clear, not complicated and relaxed. I felt comfortable to practice my skills and now feel 100x more confident in a difficult situation on my ward and I feel I can work WITH security and maintain a safe environment Ben was really knowledgeable and helpful - didn’t miss a trick! Good practical session Had Ben for all 3 sessions, he was great. He ensured everyone knew each skill and that we all had a practice to feel confident. He praised us when we got each skill right which helped with confidence.
