AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Course tutor was clear, concise when delivering the course. Was very helpful when answering questions, very logical with his answers. Love the way he demostrated the restraints and gave reasons as to why he done it that way. Overall i enjoyed the course.

Very well fitting to security needs - course is brilliantly tailed around our role and able to answer the need to situations we deal with.

Excellent course really well delivered. A lot of information that was of use and relevant to the job and the circumstances that arise. It was well spaced out and there was plenty of chances to get involved and ask questions.

I have attended 5 different physical intervention courses over the years in various environments including care, healthcare and public services and this course was one of the the best, particularly due to the trainer and his specific knowledge of the role I play within the NHS and his delivery style, which is excellent.

I’ve worked in the trust for 21yrs and have been on a large number of these type of courses some good and some not so good . This course has been one of the better ones I’ve done I felt the way that Steve presented the course was done professionally and was done with clear instructions which I found I could understand that allowed me to do the course
