The training was very well presented by Ben, he made sure that we understood everything. Everyone engaged in the training a lot , was interesting learning about how to deal with behaviours and understand more.
The course was excellent. The behaviour management section on day one was in depth and interesting with references. Ben brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the training. It was very interactive and the breakaway skills were very effective.

The course is very useful to my role as a support worker. I have learnt a lot on this course that will be useful to my role.
Really really good. Some things that are good restraints and good ways to de escalate. I feel more confident to restrain even though it is last resort.
