Ben has remained enthusiastic throughout the whole day keeping everyone engaged. Good techniques and feedback has been provided. Feeling more confident to provide safe restraints if they are required as a last resort.

Overall the course is very useful for managing patients challenging behaviour. I'd like to think this would be useful in my practice

A well structured course and for such a long day, it was consistently engaging throughout. It took thought from the trainer and delegates to take the information discussed and apply that to the individuals workplace. There was time and care taken to hear about this applies to different areas and the individual’s this would benefit. Thank you!

The course was incredible ! At first I was blown away by Liam asking if anyone needed an overlay, movement breaks and picking up that anyone may have neurodivergence. Then the actual course and knowledge was incredible , I feel even in personal life it’ll be able to be practised not just work life. I feel this course is defiantly something needed for patients to receive the care , compassion and dignity they deserve from us as practitioners.Response : Thank you, Candice. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to hear you found the course so valuable. It’s great to know Liam’s inclusive and engaging approach created a positive learning environment and supported such a positive learning experience.
