Caroline was great, she has deep understand and experience in the field of care and PBS training and it reflected well during the class with her amazing responses and suggestions for questions the class had. Caroline is very enthusiastic and I felt privileged to be taught by her. Although it was a refresher, I still came out of this course very enlightened. GREAT STUFF CAROLINE!
