Excellent training! I feel much more confident in helping keep pupils and staff safe. Trainers were brilliant at explaining things and demonstrating techniques.

The repetition was good for me as it drilled in the points. There was clear instructions in the practical with helpful explanations and further individual advice where necessary - felt comfortable asking questions etc. felt a little overwhelmed when the full “assessment “ mode was activated by TH but it was all really well supported and felt like I’d learnt a lot .

Liam was a really good trainer, explained everything very well. Made sure the day was interactive as was a lot of theory. The workbook included lots of good information I feel I can take in to practice.
