Informative and concise delivery

Great trainer. Good to have a refresher but did not need to be a full day, could have been covered in a half day/three quarter day.

Overall enjoyed the training session , the trainer was well prepared and made everyone engaged in her session also the venue was good and also parking near by, but the duration of the course bit longer , it would have more enjoyable if it cut short little bit. Thank you

Having to stay while others refreshed their level 3 skills when some of us only needed up to level 2 was really frustrating. Also very frustrating to know that this will Be the case for all my team members when they attend, effectively losing valuable clinical time.
