This has been a great refresher course. Linsey was very interactive and insisted on the things we struggled a bit with, making sure everyone is confident and competent to use the techniques in real life situations.

As usual, brilliantly delivered training by Linsey. It was engaging, fun, but most importantly the information was presented in a way that was easy to understand and retain. I feel more confident in utilising RPI after the course.

That was so clean and more of refreshment or what we have had and she was the best trainer I have learned from, I know everyone was so happy and excited because she is the best trainer and she makes sure u understand all!!

I found the course very interesting and offered lots of opportunity for reflection on my practice and on my general communication skills and interpersonal skills in general. I genuinely feel this will help me to navigate some challenging situations and behaviours
