I have completed similar training in previous roles with different companies however I found the content of this course and the techniques used and taught were more informative than previous courses. I found it extremely impactful and found the trainers were extremely knowledgable. Overall I found the course was fantastic and I will be able to use the information and techniques taught if ever needed.

Par excellence the best training I've ever attended. The fact that it brought the principles of psychology into picture makes supporting young people into positive behaviour brought the picture of emphathy into place. Very insightful, engaging, fun and interesting. The training helps to challenge the old way of supporting positive behavior, descalating and break aways which doesn't work. I guve my trainers excellent they know their onions.
