The trainer was excellent in delivering the courses, he has a good understanding of the course and above all he was very good at the practical training as well. I will recommend him any time any day.

I think it’s very necessary to have the refreshers as within our home they are few and far between now but it’s good to have the knowledge and reminder of what to do when we are in the position to have to use the restraints

Really engaging course. The course had elements of fun which helped retain what we were learning. All theory was interested and well structured to help with understanding. All physical skills that we learnt were explained in a way to understand easily.
