Course was very useful. I can think of a particular member of staff that I work with who struggles to recognise non verbal cues that someone might be getting triggered. Ben was fantastic! The training was really engaging and enjoyable from start to finish. He explained everything so well and made the whole session feel interactive and interesting. One of the best training sessions I have attended.
