The course was brilliant

The Trainer is super and very good

It was a interesting and interactive class

I am able to understand how to de escalate a challenging situation.

l found the training helpful but too long.Could do with being a little shorter .

Training was delivered clearly and Paul made sure we all had a good understanding before moving onto the next unit/part.

I got a lot in this course Got me really thinking and will help me in my day to day job The holds we learned will help up with our tenant and cant thank him enough
