Realy enjoyed the course, feel like i have learnt loads, and was a fun learnig

Both trainers were approachable, supportive & patient. Course ran efficiently, was fun aswell as informative.

Ben was brilliant , i was concerned of the length of time the course run and if it would hold my attention....but can honestly say it was a fun course and Ben was brilliant with his delivery. Lots of laughs had but feel i have a differant way of how i aproach the people i support .

Laura and Jonathan did an excellent job. The training was perfect.

Scott was very informative and helped us understand the need to restrain people when needed.

I had to ask a few questions about different scenarios that could happen. Trainer gave the answers i needed or found out the answer for me

This course was very helpful, easy to understand, and improved my skills and knowledge of a support worker. The trainer did an excellent job, and I highly recommend this course.

Good to refresh on the course, enjoyed the day

I have been using skills learnt from this course for the last few years and it has really helped me in my support worker role, so refreshing is always welcome

I enjoyed the refresher, its a course that has been very much at the forefront of my work with the package i have worked on for the last 2 years
