The trainer Jack showed a great knowledge on the subject material he was able to safely demonstrate techniques that reflect the challenges that we face in our roles he was approachable and dealt with hard to awnser questions in a professional and thorough way not ducking any situations that our staff brought upResponse : Thank you, Mustapha. The training was interactive and enlightening.
