Brilliant course with well informed trainers. Stories that were real were helpful and have someone who had lived experience was a huge bonus. Jack made things interesting and funny when necessary. Thank you!

It would helpful.to be split up into smaller defined sections each with clear objectives.

Well structured and engaging trainer. Mainly what I already knew but good to be reminded. Maybe could have learnt a bit more about our job roles to be able to cater examples more to our roles.
