Overall I thought the course was very interesting and engaging I have learnt alot. Ben is a great teacher in what he does and Im going to apply these techniques into my working life as a district nurse. I thought the course was really good. The trainer was really good as he provoked a lot of good discussions. There were some good practical exercises.
