Lots of information, techniques and strategies. Helped with understanding behaviours that be challenging. Enjoyed the format of the course with group work and the interactive elements. This was done in a very non threatening way as can be daunting for quiet folks

Ben was very engaging. Kept my concentration for 8 hours because he set the tone for the group. He mentioned lots of engaging examples, and brought things up throughout the session which he had mentioned previously to help us understand further and implement it.

Appropriate breaks, time spent to ensure each indidvidual had learnt correct techniques. Interactive, feel will be useful and all felt confident at the end of the course.

Good balance of theory and PowerPoint at the start and practical etc in the afternoon. I thought the legality side of the course was appropriate, a good level to understand and have the knowledge but not overwhelming and intense. Ben was lovely and approachable. Very knowledgeable and supportive in the session.
