Really clear presentation of materials. Lots of opportunities to practise techniques. Could be useful to include more strategies for low level fights that still need intervention but where primary and secondary strategies haven't worked.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and did well to demonstrate all the moves. I also liked the fact that he used past experiences throughout the course.
Excellent delivery by John. He used a lot of relevant lived experiences from his decades of work in health and social care which made for a very rich learning experience. 100% recommend!
