Great course, great trainer. Engagement was good and wasn’t just a powerpoint drag. Jack is a great trainer, you could tell had a lot of theory knowledge but has also worked in fields where PBS is used. I feel like i understand more about pbs than i did previously despite working in roles where its used regularly.
