A very good informative day with skills taught well!

The trainers were very good at delivering thr training and were engaging

The specific hold and breakaway training was done very well, it was thorough and repeated enough times. I feel confident knowing I can safely do these holds. The theory part is long and I feel some elements are repeated a lot throughout.

Ben was incredible, he was lively and very engaging. He made the course something interesting to learn and was something I wanted to be involved in.

Course was very enjoyable and informative. Taken lots of key points and understanding from the course. Thankyou to trainer Ben! Very good teacher!

I do not feel this course is appropriate for online- needs to be face-to-face more interactive and promotes people to join in. Looking forward to day 2!
