The session was very interactive and informative. Really enjoyed it. Got to learn a lot about the people’s behaviour and how to approach them.

Today’s training has been amazing, Kirstie has given many examples from her experience and has motivated me to be the best care provider just like her. I learnt to be more empathatic towards my coworkers even if they are having a bad day. I am going to be more understanding about other people’s sotustion and not jump to stereotypes.

Andy had extremely good knowledge around the Positive Behaviour Support and had lots of ways that these could be implemented within services.
