The course had great content that was relevant to the client group we support with learning disabilities and autism. The structure of the course was just right and pitched to keep the learners engaged. Ben was very engaging, willing to work with us to encourage group discussion regarding thinking of strategies that can be used to prevent the need for physical intervention. Ben was open to listening to staff views and listening to staff information and experiences of the person we support. I have written down a lot of ideas during this course to take back and add into the support plan regarding strategies and tools.

Fabulous training day. I usually dont enjoy role play type sessions however Liam put the whole group at ease. Liam explained everything thoroughly and answered questions.
