The course is good but I do feel like it repeats its self alot. Shine training should be kept with shine and kept to the minimum with this training i feel this course could be completed in a day . Jonh was very good as an instructor

I think that the course was very informative. This is my second year returning on refreshers the Trainer was good at taking on open discussion and peoples points of view on delivery. Ben was really good at teaching the session. It was very engaging and it helped me remember that people have other situations happening in their life that cause them to get triggered more easily. He helped me realise that sometimes changing your approach to people can create better outcomes for everyone involved.

Ben was our trainer for today’s course. He was interactive and did lots of different interactive parts throughout this training. He was engaging and we had lots of breaks which was good.
