AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Course was amazing! The information provided was essential, extensive and delivered in a way that kept learners engaged throughout. The inclusion of group work really helped break the ice. Wouldn't have known that Sydney and Sophie were teaching for the first time, they're absolutely amazing. All of the trainers made the 3-days consistently engaging and ensured all participants understood and there were never any questions too small.

Response: Thank you, Melanie! We’re delighted the course felt engaging, inclusive and supportive throughout the three days. Sydney, Sophie and the wider training team will be thrilled to receive your wonderful feedback.

The Course was great as it covered the theoretical side, legal along with the practical. I found the course to be informative as I have never worked in the educational sector and feel that the course gave me the confidence to be called upon if needed.

The course was really informative and covered all relevant topics in good amounts of detail. It provided opportunities for discussion, practical demonstration and practice of break aways and holds which were all really useful. Adam Samworth, Ella Tyler and Cammie Woolley were all fantastic trainers. They were patient, explained everything really clearly, listened to participants ideas and thoughts during discussions with compassion. They were absolutely fantastic!!
