Feel can put arousal model nto my everyday practise. Left me with food for thought on how my own behaviours can impact therapeutic relationships. Trainer made the session very engaging and enjoyable

Ben was totally engaging and held the room throughout the session. The course was really engaging and has made me think about my own behaviours at work with team members as well as patients. I enjoyed looking at the causes of behaviour and thinking about which interventions were appropriate at each stage. I got most benefit from being able to discuss cases and thing about how I’d use the learning in those situations. Grateful that I can use the learning at home as well as in work
