I would like to give Ron a 5-star rating for his excellent delivery of the Positive Behavioural Support training. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and in detail. The balance between theory and practical sessions was very effective, making the training engaging and easy to apply in real-life situations. Overall, a highly valuable and well-delivered session.
