Both trainers were approachable, supportive & patient. Course ran efficiently, was fun aswell as informative.

Ben was brilliant , i was concerned of the length of time the course run and if it would hold my attention....but can honestly say it was a fun course and Ben was brilliant with his delivery. Lots of laughs had but feel i have a differant way of how i aproach the people i support .

Laura and Jonathan did an excellent job. The training was perfect.

Lesson was well taught and understood. The trainer was very patient and made sure it was understood before introducing the next topic.
