Excellent course that was well delivered. The trainer was thorough and reminded me of small bits I needed refreshing on. Also gave me some great insight, knowledge and new skills on how to answer difficult questions that arise when I am training myself. Great course.

Great refresher course. I feel I pick up more each year and has really helped me develop as a trainer. Liam was really welcoming on the course. He gives clear instructions and explains the different technique’s if needing more info. I felt really comfortable during the course and I was able to speak up if needing more help or support, due to Liam’s clear and confident teaching skills.

The session was very interactive and provided lots of opportunities to practice the holders. The trainer gave back constant feedback to ensure holds were being completed with the correct technique. Trainer included everyone in the session

No notes Ben is an amazing trainer. Clinical restraint is relevant to all staff and now I feel like I have the tools to take back to the ward and safe hold appropriately

Very interactive. Really tested us all and put us to the test. Very hands on. Made us think about different situations.
