I enjoyed the training session. There was a good mix of theory & interaction which was delivered by a very knowledgeable individual who was able to supply examples to the groups different work areas. Whilst my department doesn't experience behaviours of concern very often I now feel better prepared to be able to use descalation techniques & may also be able to use it with managing a large team of staffResponse : It’s great to hear you enjoyed the session and found the balance of theory and interaction useful. Overall I think the session was quite long and would have appreciated the chance to stand up and participate. However the content was really in depth applying studies I wouldn’t have thought to consider. I think Ben did a great job getting everyone to participate and engage within the session.Response : Thank you for your feedback. I have learnt about the importance of PBS and the best ways to keep myself safe in the event of a behaviour of concern. Scott is a good trainer and has a lot of valuable insight and teaches it well.
