It was rely food and effective and went through explaining how it related to different situations and made it very enjoyable over the two days. Making people feel comfortable and having a laugh with everyone.

The training was very well presented by Ben, he made sure that we understood everything. Everyone engaged in the training a lot , was interesting learning about how to deal with behaviours and understand more.
The course was excellent. The behaviour management section on day one was in depth and interesting with references. Ben brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the training. It was very interactive and the breakaway skills were very effective.
