Ben was an excellent trainer, dynamic, engaging and knowledgeable. The new ways of looking at peoples behaviour will inform my practice, and help develop more therapeutic relationships hopefully improving patient care and my work experience! Thank you

Very appropriate to my work It affirmed certain things I was doing to make myself approachable and to gain rapport. Also helped me with new techniques to behaviours of concern and I will use the distraction and divert techniques a lot

The course itself was very interesting and useful to everyone working in healthcare, however it was made enjoyable by the trainer Ben. He was engaging, positive, related the learning to our experiences and made me feel genuinely appreciated and listened to. He facilitated a great session and I hope to take forward many of the principles and theories he has taught me today. Thank you Ben!Response : Thank you, Ellie. Ben was lovely and very insightful, has given me a lot to think about and take away from the course. I found the part about our baselines and triggers/cues really relevant to both work and everyday life and has given me a lot to work with.
