Easy to navigate, trainer is approachable, knowledgable and friendly

I have learnt about the importance of PBS and the best ways to keep myself safe in the event of a behaviour of concern. Scott is a good trainer and has a lot of valuable insight and teaches it well.

Really enjoyed the course and the interactivity of it. Ben was really good at demonstrating and making sure that we were correcting ourseleves throughout to ensure the right technique.

Great mixture of theory and practical. Ben took time to tweak staffs use of holds in a dignified way, ensuring positive experience. Each hold was demonstrated well, tailored to the individual if they had specific movement restrictions. As always Ben was well presented and approachable.
