Very enjoyable course. Learnt a lot. Good to also have the skills for life away from work. Not for me personally but would be good for Domestic Violence victims.only suggestion is an ice breaker a little later in the session once we have relaxed & got to know fellow participants a bit it would have been more comfortable then.
I enjoyed the course learned a lot. How to safely restrained the patient that is showing challenging behaviour.
Excellent session Minor miscommunication on the first day but trainer was professional and kept the momentum with the class
really good course really gives you an in depth experience and understanding of what skills will be needed. the theory was really really helpful, informative also.
The training was very helpful and things were explained in a simple way and good practicality was involved. Usually I am quite bad at tests but I was super confident in this pbs training and managed to get every single question right.

Good training course and the way information was given was informative but told in a way that sticks. There was a lot of information at times which was sometimes alot to take in and hard to focus but breaks were implemented to ease this. The trainer was lovely and helped you build confidence.Showing patience and reassurance throughout

The practical part was interesting, it helps me to remember what I learnt today. The trainer was so funny it felt so easy to understand
Informative course-made me look at behaviors of concern in a different way
