Ok 2nd day was better for myself felt I already had the knowledge from 1st day

Trainer was great. Just need to remember breaks as lot of Information to take in
The overall course was good with elements which can be adapted to support working with children and families. Chantelle was approachable, knowledgeable and creative in adapting the model to the context that we work

Worthwhile course for staff working with customers who present concerning behaviour
Very imformative 2 days , learning valuable skills and having a better understanding of what may be needed. Alan was very clear with explantions and didnt bite at all.
