The course was helpful in understanding how behaviour is communication, and how we as nursing staff can implement change and adapt to meet everyone’s needs. The trainer was great and helped me to understand in detail how to deescalate situations.

Really informative course, kept the group involved in discussions throughout the whole day, including doing teamwork exercises together to engage everyone. Increased my knowledge and understanding of PBS so I can implement this in my practice. Thank you

Jack was engaging, thoughtful & provoked interesting conversations around behaviour. Provided relevant examples to different aspects of PBS which made the learning process better.

The training was great. A lot of information to take in ... intensive day. The trainer is absolutely brilliant. A plethora of knowledge and interestingly excellent in delivering the training. The suggestion I have, which I mentioned to Jack : if possible, change of pens to the ones with cap or rotating. It will be helpful to get away from the clicking sounds ( that might be uncomfortable for some) .Response : We’re so pleased to hear you had such a positive experience and that the trainer made the day engaging and informative. We appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about the pens as well — we’ll be sure to share this with the team to help improve the learning environment.
