The training was very good as it helped me to refresh my knowledge of the breakaway skills and Restrictive Physical Intervention moves that I have learned last year. Lots of new logical and appropriate information and techniques , more direction towards health and social care than previous programmes. Levelling previous learning up.

I enjoyed the 2nd day better as it was more inter-active. I hardly sit down at work so found it uncomfortable, although I was able to stand when required. Very interesting course.
