Ben is a great trainer, he had the group fully engaged and I could see the course penny dropping so to speak on the cohort Iv done this course a few times now and Ben always brings something new and keeps the group engaged from beginning to end. The training provided brief guidance and knowledge regarding challenging behaviour and people and how to understand and handle the behaviour. The video sessions can be added more to make it more enjoyable.

Ben was a great course leader, he made the day fun and interactive. Good break times to break the day up especially when not used to sitting all day. This was totally new to me, and feel I have learned so much, about the theory and also how to put it into practice. It was nice to meet people who work in different clinical areas.

Ben was fantastic, great knowledge to share, great motivator for the group. Really positive day, making me view and consider my own actions and thought processes. Thought provoking about how people react and behaviour changes in different situations. Demonstrates how to develop self and others in looking at the patient first and the actions later. The trainer was lovely but I knew a lot of the content and it didn’t expand too much on my existing knowledge.
