Both trainers were excellent at what they do, very informative and fun which helps be retain information. Ben is probably the best trainer I've had

Ron used a really good teaching strategy , explaining everything with real life practical examples which were very relatable. The session consisted a lot of PBS informed case discussions along with revisiting fundamentals of PBS which was really engaging. I really enjoyed the training and the delivery style used as it was very helpful and informative.
