Liam delivers a high level of content and makes the course accessible. He offered to accommodate all learning styles and ensured all participants were happy. I felt he really cared about ensuring everine in the room was happy before moving on to the next piece of information.

Trainer (Jack) really enthusiastic and informative !! Facilities poor a long day 8-4 with no hot drink facilities
