I thought Ben the trainer had a good aura around him, was warm and inviting and delivered the course well. I found it interesting and informative.

Kim was informative and involved staff in the delivery. She delivered the content well and appeared to know what she was discussing rather than just reading off slides. She had answers to questions that we posed and directed us where to go. The content has really helped with understanding the importance of PBS and I felt that Kim helped to engage us with that.
