Trainer too his time to teach, explain, demonstrate and allows learners share their thoughts, opinions and experiences and at the end helping learners to understand and develop more knowledge and skills about the training.

Steve is a wonderful trainer and in the cause of this training I’ve learnt when it’s necessary to do restraint and bring someone of a behaviour concern back to baseline and every safe retraining techniques has been learnt and taught. I am happy.
