Jack is a great trainer, you could tell had a lot of theory knowledge but has also worked in fields where PBS is used. I feel like i understand more about pbs than i did previously despite working in roles where its used regularly. The cause was meaningful, the environment was conducive, it’s was enjoyable and the trainer was excellent
