Ben leads a brilliant style of teaching, having an open room with everyone involved to make the session as interactive as possible, also being able to make the most challenging side of the job in restraint training, positive and informative on best ways to avoid in anyway necessary but use as and when required for safety of all involved, great session and many thanks!Response : Hi Matthew. Ben was very engaging and involved all throughout the day. It was nice to have some interactive games to replace boring slides. Well done Ben, hope to see you next year 🙂
