Trainer made the course fun and he related a lot to the people we support using examples we would likely experience which made it a lot easier to understand.Response : Hi Leah. Really good and interactive - Jamie is excellent and very good at making sure we all knew what we were doing and making sure we were using the correct techniques. I feel confident to try this in the workplace now.
