Found the course really interesting. Jamie was very engaging and informative. As was Dan. They worked really well together. There wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer and made me feel totally involved.
So engaging, very informative. The course made you stop and really develop a deeper understanding about why as humans we may react the way we do.

I have done a few of these courses and this was Definitely the best. Ben was a great instructor and the moves we have learnt I do find really useful and I will use them if I need it.
