The course was delivered great, and talked about how to fill accidents forms for certain service users. Kieran was lovely and made me feel comfortable with questions asked.

Absolutely brilliant course learned alot Scott definitely knows what he's talking about and delivered the course so well no one got chance to get bored on any part the breakaway and hold techniques Scott went onto in detail and made sure everyone knew what was happening and how to actually use these and when A++++
