The training was adequately conducted by Ben. It was very informative and engaging. I feel more confident using the restrictive techniques if needed having learnt the appropriate techniques. I also learnt that the restrictive techniques used should always be the least restrictive one.

A well structured course and for such a long day, it was consistently engaging throughout. It took thought from the trainer and delegates to take the information discussed and apply that to the individuals workplace.
