No notes Ben is an amazing trainer. Clinical restraint is relevant to all staff and now I feel like I have the tools to take back to the ward and safe hold appropriately

Very interactive. Really tested us all and put us to the test. Very hands on. Made us think about different situations. Ben directed us through Day 3 of the course, and tailored it towards our needs as paediatric nurses and health care staff. This was excellent for patients who demonstrate behaviour that can be challenging, but also for de-escalation for patients and their families, especially for patients who may require nursing interventions with restraints.Response : Thank you for your feedback, Claire.
