The course today was really engaging and enjoyable. Ben delivered a great session and kept us all engaged. This session helped a lot in understanding different human behaviour and how it can be triggered and how it can be de escalated to the baseline. Session was knowledgeable and understanding. The trainer Ben was also very interactive.

Ben was really engaging. The course was thought provoking and has definitely made me think differently about how I approach patients. I have learnt a lot to implement in practice and with all interactions. It has made me think how I can use the time I get with patients to make connections and I hope to see a positive effect in practice with that.
