Rooms not ideal - cold and too small so needed to change location

Best pbs course I have been on. The learning material made sense and the provided booklet was useful . Both trainers were very engaging and made the effort to make sure we understood the course content.

It was a great course with Jack, he was brilliant in keeping us engaged. He was well informed with his vast experience, it was a great addition.

I’ve learned a lot today, it went really well, I’m not very good normally with training days but I was very comfortable with how he processed the course. Couldn’t thank enough

The training was excellent and essential for all the staff in healthcare. It helped us to have a better understanding about how had situations with patients can be dealt with. It helped us to identify different possible aspects of approaching a situation. Overall it was excellent.

This course has really been helpful, it teaches care givers how communication can be helpful and help calm a situation, and also things to say or ask a patient who is exhibiting “cues” signs. I am really happy and looking forward for a refresher training annually for staffs.
