Valuable course for everyone within the Trust to attend. Liam was fabulous able to use makaton sign language for those who can use it will benefit to attend the course. Looking forward to attend part 2 of the training.

The session today was informative and covered the topics as discussed in the introduction of the session. Jack made sure that each participant had the opportunity to participate and the kept the session interactive and interesting.

A very refreshing and interesting take on how we should approach behaviours frequently seen in the NHS. The thought provoking nature and content will definitely be used in my daily practice.
