Ben and Dan are really friendly guys who explain everything thoroughly and keep you at ease all throughout a intense course. Hope they will do my future refreshers.
Ben and Dan were amazing, they helped refresh our skills and were very engaging which helped us stay engaged throughout the day. They looked out to ensure we were doing the right thing and stepped in to correct any positions and helped until we got it right.
The trainers was very interactive, thorough and creative in the course and training given, both was amazing at how they delivered the course and how they kept the full group interacted and just want to say I have done this 9 years and this is the best refresher course I have been involved with
My PDS trainer was excellent throughout the training. He explained the material clearly, kept the sessions engaging, and made sure everyone understood the key points before moving on. I particularly appreciated the way he used practical examples and related the content to real situations, which made the training much easier to understand and apply. He created a positive and supportive learning environment where people felt comfortable asking questions and contributing to discussions. His knowledge of the subject was clear, but he was also approachable and patient in the way he delivered it. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about the progress and understanding of each person in the group. He took the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure that everyone felt supported throughout the training. The sessions felt well structured, purposeful, and relevant rather than simply going through the material. Overall, I found the sessions genuinely valuable and came away with a stronger understanding and greater confidence in applying what I had learned. He was professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely committed to helping others succeed. He was an excellent trainer.
