Very good traing

Very practical,informative and interesting

I found the course very informative and at ease with the trainer Liam. I was initially slightly uncomfortable practicing what had been taught withing the group where Liam gave me a choice but on doing this I felt more comfortable the more I did it.

I find this training quite interesting and beneficial, it is a skill that everyone should possess... Call it a life skill! I am more confident because of this training.

I really found this lesson engaging as many of the learning points had real life examples which is easier to process! Also the learning technical skills was engaging and getting ti practice on Liam himself was more realistic
