Ben was really good engaging, the de-escalation techniques were beneficial, the way Ben kept everyome engaged with past experiences and his energy was amazing, made learning fun and insightful, using real life scenarios and playing them out really helped to feel like you were in a real life sotuation.

Very good training. Usually training is quite straining but this one has been really informative and useful. Credit to Ben aswell, he explains things really well and takes the time to ensure everyone understands the point before moving on.

Ben, the trainer, delivered a 3-day intensive training program professionally. The PBS training courses are relevant to my current role and quite impactful. I completed the training feeling confident and better.
