Very good training, was able to understand more some of the techniques I learnt in the previous level, very informative and helpful to carry out duties safely. Thanks to the trainer, did good job.

Seemed too long to start with, but did cover more than I thought it would. I felt that I learnt more, and had other skills refreshed. Jack was very knowledgeable and delivered the course in an informative way, but was also easy to listen to, he did a good job, would be happy to go on any of his courses.

I founds this course was filled with information and good technique. More information about on restrain PBS to our client rather than generalisation to restrain. I.e standing and wheelchair users. Jack seemed knowledgeable and understood carer, friendly and professional

Great refresher Ben was brilliant got every engaged within the first few minutes of the session. Definitely needed to refresh your knowledge of techniques to keep yourself and patients safe. Brilliant defo recommend

Excellent refresher, good physical demonstrations and practice but still emphasis on talking to avoid need. Very thought provoking and useful.
