Found very interesting.. The trainer was very knowledgeable and funny.. Great teacher.. I feel confident and well equipped in dealing with protecting myself and others in work and at home.

All I can say Ben was absolutly amazing. He has really shown how passionate he is teaching us how to protect ourselves. I really have learnt so much how to protect myself and also how to protect others. Thank you so much you really are amazing in what you do.

I enjoyed today Ben made it fun . I learned lots of new skill and can't wait to do level 3.
