Great course that really makes you think. Breakaway skills although I hope I’ll never need them I found really informative.
Ben was fantastic and kept everyone engaged and interested and I felt safe during the techniques. I feel I learned a lot that I could put into practice if needed from the breakaway methods to what to look for and how to deescalate.
This course was very engaging and informative. It was nice to test my knowledge and refresh my memory on restraint reduction.
Today's training with Barry was excellent and everything was completed perfectly about PI - his way of teaching is truly remarkable, clear, professional and easy to understand, and I really appreciate his knowledge, patience and supportive guidance throughout the session.
