Georgie made the course fun and accessible to everyone. When mistakes were made Georgie gently guided us to alter our movements to the correct positions. The course was helpful and informative. The strategy really works.

Georgie was great she made it fun she had a laugh with us. The course was helpful in understanding how behaviour is communication, and how we as nursing staff can implement change and adapt to meet everyone’s needs. The trainer was great and helped me to understand in detail how to deescalate situations.
