Absolutely brilliant course and trainer

Liam is the most patient and understanding trainer. He is engaging , respectful and interesting. Specially great at picking up on others difficulties and adapting his teaching style for them.

The class was really amazing . Both Ben and Liam taught me positive behaviour support very well . I believe i can apply this not only in health care setting , but also in my personal life . If you can include more quiz like activities, it will be more engaging.
