Excellent trainer and excellent course

Really good refresher today, I feel much more confident in the RPI’s and breakaways then I did before. Especially when we don’t often do them at our provision. I felt I learnt more during this refresher.

Very intuitive

Jack has been a fantastic trainer. Easily delivered the course and it was received well. Friendly attitude and easy to approach. Keep doing what you're doing, I've learnt a lot more than the usual.
