Very imformative and person centered course. Which emphasised on safety and law and regulations. Liam, was very competent in his knowledge and confident with his delivery. I felt supported and encouraged.
Liam was extremely attentive and accommodating, he did an amazing job in making sure that everybody understood and retained all information and felt safe and confident. He made sure to keep the atmosphere light hearted to help keep our attention, would definitely recommend!
Jack was a great trainer who helped with any concern, it was easy enough to learn with him teaching
Jack has been very educational and kept it fun. It was good to see how the techniques were effective when we had to practice it and also the theory was very educational. Would recommend jack to train again and looking forward to seeing him in the next training
The course was incredibly informative, with all learning styles included for myself and others on the course. I felt that I could ask ask many questions as possible and they gave me every detailed answer i needed and the instructions / theory were so clear
The training is very good and I learnt alot from the training one of the better companies I have had training from.Jack is so knowledgeable and engaging and easy to get on with and explained everything..... On a plus point he saved my life
