Amazing and the trainer was very helpful and clear with everything what he was saying and training.
Very informative and relateable to my job role in an NHS setting. Restrictive interventions are better than previous ones i have been taught which should work better in the environment i work.
Course is aimed at everyday situations, I have confidence that the restraints shown will work. I like that the wording is straight to the point with no unnecessary jargon. Having someone with in the department deliver the course helps me have trust in what we're being caught

Laura is a patient and devoted PBS trainer. She has spoken individually to each student and made sure nobody is left uncertain with any of the tasks we have done. Her bubbly and friendly persona has helped grasp the attention of the whole class, which in return has created a team of well educated and confident support workers.
