Excellent course - trainers well informed & Excellent at presenting

Really enjoyed every minute and will take a lot back with me as well as use in practice (and at home)

This was such an amazing and inspiring training. It's definitely taught me a lot about how setting events can impact a person's ability to react and respond to certain situations. I'll definitely be using the arousal model with my service users. Kirsty and Miranda were fantastic and it was amazing to hear real life stories about how practitioners can impact service users.

Amazing session..I feel quite confident and motivated to do and practice the different de escalation skills and approaches. Gave me more insight. I feel I could it even use these skills in my day to day life. Very interesting session by Ben,very engaging and can't remember feeling bored at all.
