Great day , found it useful to apply to lots of different situations , reinforced the good practice I already use in conversations with parents and staff and learnt new skills and techniques to improve the way I handle situations

Very insightful course with many helpful topics addressed. I liked the fact that it was dynamic and the course leader was able to tailor the approach in order to elucidate certain aspects of the course material whenever there were gaps in knowledge.
