Effective communication - very informative. Good to know what we were not doing any more and why we do the other holds. Also a good reminder for specific learners.
This was a brilliant course. I always value the opportunity to refresh the PBS principles. I loved the way that thought was put into adapting and changing the course activities and discussions so that they best suited the needs and experience of the group. The course content and materials are clear, thorough and relevant to our context (specialist school). The trainer was thoughtful, calm and clear; he delivered the information confidently, answering questions in detail and managing the group dynamics of discussion very well so that all very heard and included.
