Ron was an absolutely amazing trainer, paid attention detail and ensured everyone understood
Ron made sure that we all understood what he was teaching. He was patient, supportive and explained everything clearly, making sure everyone had a good understanding of the topics. He was also approachable and helpful throughout the training. The course was really helpful. It taught us how to handle different situations, protect ourselves and others, and work safely and professionally. I gained valuable knowledge and confidence that I can apply in my daily work.
Very detailed course, provided very informative knowledge on PBS and how to positively support clients to improve their quality of life. It also highlights the need to always engage positively with clients and go for the least restrictive approach when absolutely necessary. Amazing course and the trainer also did justice in passing the knowledge across.
