Thorough training, good balance of theory and discussion. Useful for working with patients.

The course is a fantastic course. Provides excellent insight into the behaviours of ourselves and service users and more effective ways to support our patients. Being a full day course, one could have easily lost interest but Ben was such an excellent trainer, extremely engaging and disarming. Definitely a course that I will utilise regularly.
