Good practical training. Could do with longer but was only a refresher.
Georgie was great with real experience and lots of testing g of technique

Really lovely trainer, very approachable, was really patient and informative, depth of knowledge to support the staff. Made us all feel really comfortable and respected.
It was a great level 3 refresher, it refreshed my knowledge, but also think differently about real world scenarios. I also learnt a lot of new ways to conceptualise and relay existing knowledge. The trainer was high engaging and explained complicated topics on simple but deep ways. Also used amazing analogies that kept us all engaged. Fantastic all round
