Really valuable course. Kirsties attitude was so positive and infectious, it makes you want to implement what you learned. It is clear she is very experienced and the examples and anecdotes made the course feel engaging. Also enjoyed the group work. There could have been more breaks perhaps even just five minutes to invite a stretch. Thank you!

Iam glad I did not have a problem with hearing their tone of voice. They explained everything so clearly and make it easy to understand..They made the training so fun nothing boring about it.
