Ben is very interactive with the teaching and he includes personal touch and previous experience when teaching

I found the training very engaging, I really enjoyed the day and could tell that Ben has lived experience and was passionate about what was being taught, I found it an interesting mix of psychology and just a reminder of basic skill.

I learned new things today...especially on de-escalation techniques, reducing triggers and active listening.

Love the course,i have gained a lot of knowledge on how to communicate / understand my patients better .Ben is an excellent facillitator,fluent,and clear ,keep it up.
