The course very fun but informative, we have learned around the arousal model and breakaway techniques, also including restrictive techniques. Ive never done any of this before so I was little nervous at first, but Liam the trainer was very open, fun and truly delivered the course to to perfection, he made it simple. In practice he was patient and very supportive towards what I needed. I absolutely enjoyed the course.

The trainer had done a good job. I appreciate the help he gave us.
