Very informative course delivered very well and adapted to everyone. The information was delivered in a fun way that kept everyone engaged with the course, Jack regularly read the room & adapted his approach accordingly. During a break on the course I have book more of my team onto this training. I feel this way of learning helps people take in more information and offers ways of effectively putting it into practice.
