I thought the trainer John was brilliant, extremely engaging and knowledgeable. I missed the refer so had to do the three day course, it’s been about 5 years since I’ve completed the 3 day- I must say I think the training has come a long way and has come on leaps and bounds. Many of the new staff on the course said they felt the training they’ve had is the best of any job they’ve hadResponse : Thank you for your feedback, Steven – it’s really appreciated! We had Liam for our Level 1 PBS training. He was very engaging and educational. Felt the content was informative and built on courses I have attended previously.

I think that the course was very informative. This is my second year returning on refreshers the Trainer was good at taking on open discussion and peoples points of view on delivery. Ben was really good at teaching the session. It was very engaging and it helped me remember that people have other situations happening in their life that cause them to get triggered more easily. He helped me realise that sometimes changing your approach to people can create better outcomes for everyone involved.
