Really useful day. As a NICU ward manager I found it really useful. I will certainly use the skills learnt to support families. Considering they’re going through severely stressful times having a baby on the unit. So these skills will be useful to listen and hear and make their experience better. THANK YOU

The course was brilliant and Kirsty delivered the course in a very practical way that was easy to understand and be part of.

Kirsty was a brilliant trainer. I wasn't looking forward to the course initially as I'm not a huge fan of sat down training courses but she made it so interactive and enjoyable.
