AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

This course was an excellent refresher and Kieran explained things very well . It was a good reminder of how as a support worker I can best support someone who is displaying a behaviour of concern and how to look for triggers and patterns of behaviour and what works for that person to help them return to their baseline. It was also good to be updated on changes such as how the DOLS legislation is going to be changing.

It’s great to know Kieran’s clear delivery strengthened your understanding of recognising triggers and patterns, responding to behaviours of concern, and considering individualised approaches to support the people you work with.
