Good refresher course. Excellent content and delivery.

Kirstie is always welcoming and her knowledge is outstanding. She gives you the confidence to adapt and improve your practice whilst learning from others in the group.

The PBS refresher training was well structured, engaging, and relevant to current practice. The trainers were knowledgeable, approachable, and explained concepts clearly, using practical examples that linked well to real-life scenarios. The session reinforced key PBS principles and enhanced confidence in applying them effectively when supporting individuals. Overall, a very valuable refresher that met expectations and supported best practice.

Kirstie was very welcoming and filled us in with all the changes. It was very useful to go over techniques and have clarification.

Good refresher course for the trainers with some useful ideas for making the delivery of the courses more interactive and better learning experiences.

It has been really good to get together and practice our skills to ensure that we are delivering the course correctly. I also liked sharing practice and being with other associates. Liam was not present which is why I have not scored him, Kirstie did a great job on her own and was our original tutor.
