Great mixture of theory and practical. Ben took time to tweak staffs use of holds in a dignified way, ensuring positive experience. Each hold was demonstrated well, tailored to the individual if they had specific movement restrictions. As always Ben was well presented and approachable.

The course was designed well and contained lots of relevant information that was laid out clearly and in a way that made sense. Kim was a great trainer, she cleared things up that I got confused about, knew how to give relative examples that applied to the course and our place of work and worked efficiently so, keeping training engaging and interesting. Thank you. I feel better about being able to provide pbs in my new role!

Kim presented the course well blending with practical experiences to enrich the content. Apart from that she offered time for the trainees to share their experiences to better understand the concepts in the course.
