I would say the best trainer I’ve had when doing this course. Very engaging, matched my learning style perfectly. Jamie delivered an excellent PBS care course that was both engaging and highly informative. He was consistently polite and approachable, creating a comfortable learning environment for everyone involved. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, making even more complex topics accessible to the whole team. The pace of the course was well balanced, allowing us enough time to fully take in and reflect on the information without feeling rushed. Jamie interacted really well with the group, encouraging participation and making sure everyone felt included and confident to contribute. Jamie was a good trainer! Very good communication and showing us exactly how restraints are done, rather than following a text book. Jamie shared some of his experiences in which we could ask questions , I also found it good as when doing restraints and stuff we could use our own experience and ask him if there was a way he would do different.
