Trainer was Ben. I found the course very interactive, ensured we were always participating and understanding the information being presented. Learnt a lot today which I will be taking away and applying in practise. I found it helpful that Ben took out examples and help us understand how to manage or assess the situation . Real life examples were used to understand the principle . Overall really enjoyed this session, look forwards to part 2.Response : Thank you, Alisha. I really like Bens class and the way how he interacted with us.Its helpful to use in my everyday work settings.Definitely it will reduce my workload.

I found the course very interesting and understanding and trainer went though everything, to make it better to understand, it all on the 2 day course.
