Fantastic trainers give a lot of information out and was easy to follow really enjoyed the training course

The course was brilliant and it was really informative and I really did enjoy myself learning and refreshing my knowledge on how to support our customers much better.

I thoroughly enjoyed the associate trainer course. I gained so much knowledge and understanding from being able to freely discuss and engage with the trainers and the other participants. I feel more confident in the structuring and delivery of both the theory and practical sessions.
