The study was truly valuable, and the trainer was incredibly engaging. I've gained a lot of knowledge today that I can happily apply to my daily work, helping me better understand my patients and reflect on my practice. Outstanding trainer and ensured everyone’s needs were met. I now have a great understanding of the level 3 safe holds and how this can be used in a real life situation if needed. I understand how to do the safely and the correct way. I felt included and listened to throughout the course which gave me great confidence throughout the course !

Very informative. I know have an understanding about behaviours and how this is a means of communication. Lots of lessons about how to support patients who may present with challenging bahviours.

Ben delivered the training perfectly. He made everyone feel at ease and ensured all were activley involved. The manoeuvres were explained and practiced in detail.

Ben is a very knowledgeable trainer. Ben explained each part of the course in great detail and was very thourough when training the physical skills ensuring we all had a good understanding of each skill which naturally installed confidence in us when demonstrating the skills.
