I think this is a great sales essentials course. Gary was fantastic and very engaging. This wasn’t just a power point slide it was full of conversations, role playing and practise which I personally think is instrumental to learning sales.

Excellent venue, excellent trainer very knowledgeable and made it relevant. Nick had a great understanding of all aspects and knew what was most important to us all despite being from very different industries. He was able to tailor it in a way that suited us all equally which in itself shows his skill and expertise in the subject. Small group was a benefit, genuinely feel I have got added value I can use in my career going forward.

The course was of great help for me to further understand key accounts. Nick was very aware of how natural conversation with participants may shift some of the direction learning during course. He made sure we were all happy with this if it occurred in a pro active way. The detail of the key account course were very insightful and I learned a lot in a short space of time.
