Thank you for the course. It was great to revisit the fundamentals of Account Management and think about some extra points when dealing with Key accounts.

Previously, I had little knowledge on how to come up with account plans and strategies which was great to see and has given me alot to think about and work with.

I found the course really useful it provided practical tips to use going forward. It also catered for all business areas. We all understood the relevance to our individual areas

Simon was very energetic, lots of knowledge and has a great way about the way he delivers his message

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and the context / content that was taught

Well delivered, aligned in some places toward new business but Patrick was able adapt for account management

Fantastic trainer, not all Of course relevant but delivered great
