Excellent venue, excellent trainer very knowledgeable and made it relevant. Nick had a great understanding of all aspects and knew what was most important to us all despite being from very different industries. He was able to tailor it in a way that suited us all equally which in itself shows his skill and expertise in the subject. Small group was a benefit, genuinely feel I have got added value I can use in my career going forward.

The course was of great help for me to further understand key accounts. Nick was very aware of how natural conversation with participants may shift some of the direction learning during course.
