A fast paced, engaging course. Hitesh brings great knowledge and enthusiasm to the room which has a positive effect and makes you want to be involved in the subject matter.

Patrick was an enthusiastic trainer and supported with developing a programme specific for our needs. His delivery was engaging and balanced information, activity and humour to ensure everyone remained engaged throughout.
Fantastic course. Well trained, insightful, based on sound models, experience, making us think. Lovely to make sense for our specific new business scenario, involving intermediaries not just B2B selling. The afternoon section was perhaps too much theory/covered too much ground, and could have had slightly more engagement or different media to keep the afternoon energy up (not trainer’s fault, more a content/timing thing).

The course was so insightful and allowed me to get under the skin of my teams disc profiles. I have a lot better understanding of what motivates them individually and the profile of our team in general. This is actionable insight that i will take into my communication with the team.
