A very useful course. Gary was excellent at adapting the course content to fit scenarios we face in the sector we work in. There was a good of level of interaction which really helped reinforce the content.

I slightly struggled with the strucutre of the course and the speed of the trainer at the beginning. After the initial phase, the course worked fine for me and I enjoyed the content, team exercises and guidance provided by the trainer.
