Good opportunity to share thoughts and experiences with colleagues. Lots of food for thought and ideas to put into eventual practice.

The course was really useful and really made me step back and think about how i am as a manager, i have learnt a few things about myself that i can take away and work on to improve.

It was really helpful for me particularly just starting out on my management journey. There is a number of techniques that I can take away and use straight away. In fact, have already used.

This was excellent for future practice as a manager and provided much thought provocation. More difficult to put the learning modules into scenarios as a non-manager

Remote access over Zoom could be improved

Really useful look into parts of Excel I've always been too scared to try. Now I feel much more confident. Ed was a great presenter and took the time to make sure we understood each part before moving on.
