I would imagine today’s workshop was fairly difficult to lead as it was mainly people working in silence and a 1-2-1 thrown in. The 1-2-1 was encouraging and I’m grateful for the time to speak.

I had problems to connect to each one of the video conferences, and with the camera and sound. Once that the problems with the first one were resolved somehow, I wish that videoconference had lasted, instead of having to go through the same ordeal three times.

Really thought provoking session with lots of great ideas and tools to now put into practice.

Great content and delivery - very fast pace keeping up with exercises

the course would be better delivered in a classroom setting ( current environment acknowledged) i did feel the course needed to be a bit longer 120 would be better, some candidates did seem to struggle some candidates inc myself did struggle to understand the presenter at times

A good introduction to pivot tables and charts. Perhaps could've been at a slightly more advanced level given the people on the course but still a good course.

It was well structured and clear. Good training overall.

A very positive experience which helped clarify the importance of one to one line management and appraisal. discovered it isn't rocket science but at does require careful and regular attention
