Rachael was a great presenter and actively engaged with us on our training. It was collaborative and allowed for lots of engaging discussion and a few role play situations about giving feedback that were really useful.

I thought that the session was very engaging, the facilitator was both patient and encouraging . There was the right small number of people attending and the right pace too

really good gets you thinking about how you manage situations and conversations and that there are other ways to approach situations without them becoming aggressive.
