I enjoyed the course and I think the group size was perfect. I think the fact that we all knew each other was really important and allowed me to gain the most out of the day. I would of liked more on resilience and building that within a team.

Time went quickly. Was great to see the teams evolution during the day.

A very complex piece of software that was demonstrated in a structured and easy to digest manner, the training kept me very intrigued from start to finish.

Course was well run and it was up to individuals whether they wished to contribute or not (and how much) which is refreshing. I was familiar with quite a lot of the content and use some of the approaches already, but this provided a good opportunity to confirm I am doing the right things as well as speak to different colleagues, hear different views and gave me a few new ideas to try/learn more about

Helpful course in identifying thoughts and emotions

Sal was great and gave us all opportunities to participate with the learning. Picked up a few new tools to access and was great to refresh some.

The course was very well structured, getting more complex in a smooth way. I would have liked starting form a higher level, to allow for addressing more complex situations.
