It is still a little slow at times

The course has given me new tools and skills to take away and apply to day to day working.,

I found today very beneficial as it is areas in which I currently struggle and I am hoping the tools provided today will assist me going forward.

This session worked well, as everyone had had previous sessions and knew how to get onto the online learning platform. The session was well-structured and I enjoyed to be told shortcuts and advantages/disadvantages of certain ways of doing things. In very few instances things went a little too fast for me, but it didn't matter too much and I was glad overall to cover a good range of things. The trainer also addressed more individual questions in a very good way. Really enjoyed this session.

A good course with lots of tips that you can easily employ in your working day.

Some useful hints and tips, and some reinforcing of tips I knew already but didn't always do. Bite size sessions were good.
