Went a bit too fast

This was a bit too fast for me this time (though probably my fault - I would just need a course for slower people!) I miss the bit on formatting. Sal took extra time after the end of the session to go over some points that some of us had missed though, that was very good.

Good course. Took a long time to get started, as a few people had technology issues, but these things happen.

I wasn't sure at first where the day-long session was heading but it became clearer after lunch. Some colleagues had expected it to be more nuts and bolts of managing a team - it was in fact at a higher and more general level but better for that as there was very little content that wouldn't have applied to (and been useful for) everyone in the session

The course was good, I would have liked more discussion on how you manage upward rather than just down

Good course and well delivered. Good facilities.

It was a brilliant introduction to Agile for people from no experience to those who had some PM experience. Most importantly for our company, it opened a conversation about how we will go forward to make projects runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible for us.

Some very useful content that I can use immediately.

I think over all the course was compact and could have been broken down by the major excel level 3 items such as vlookups, pivots etc. However, the trainer was excellent and did a great job at ensuring learning was achieved. I was also very please to see Happy showing diversity and equal opportunities in the trainers around disability.
